An initiation into your heart’s wisdom
The Oak Path
Welcome to the Journey
“Living a life with an open heart” is the mantra we have been following since the beginning of our medicine path. To open the heart is a constant choice and practice and helped us a guidline through many tough situations - and the work with our cliets - it is the basis, start and goal of this program.
Our greatest helpers on this Path are the plants and even after years of working with the, especially with the trees, there is still so much more to understand and to learn. We traveled to India and lived in South America to learn the ways of meditation, dedication, communication with plants, and the ways of spirit—the forgotten pathways our ancestors might have followed.
This path is the manifestation of our longing to bridge ancient practices back into our modern lives—to create new ways of interaction from within the heart and to reintegrate us humans into the great song of Mother Earth.
Connecting our experiences abroad with the path of our ancestors here in Europe brought us the key to understanding our essence. We could see the truth of the Seiðr and Vǫlva of the North and especially the Druids, the Oak-Knowers of the Celts.
Knowledge can be obtained of written and spoken words - wisdom is mastered knowledge and comes through experience.
To make this happen, The Oak Path provides you with 21 stages into the heartfelt realm of this vast master plant. You will be initiated into the work with the primordial elements of Fire (willpower), Water (emotions), Air (thoughts), and Earth (manifestation) so you can find, explore, and grow your essence—the spark of life within your heart.
We start on March 28–30 with the initiation into Fire, the first retreat of the journey. For there on we will follow the seasons with other retreats and meet (online or in person) every second week.
Upcoming Ceremonies on The Oak Path:
28th of Jannuary: Ceremony #1 - Seeking the Traveller
26th of February: Ceremony #2 - On the Way to Earth
Growing with the Oak - Strength and Grace
Wherever I look for the spirit and medicine of Oak, I find reflections of two complementary elements: Strength and Grace.
There's the masculine appearance of its body of hard wood, it's lightning-like growth and an acorn like a glans - no wonder our ancestors associated these attributes with the gods of lightning and thunder - Thor, Zeus, Jupiter, Donar, ... And even today it appears in military signia and symbols strength.
But our ancestors knew more than that: While the masculine, strong aspects hold the frame and structure - female spirits live within. From all the nymphs (Greek female spirits), the Oak Spirit got it's own name: Dryad. They even recognized individual spirits in some oaks, the Hamadryads, and knew that hurting the tree would hurt the spirit. The connection to the Oak was so deep that even the acorns had their own spirit, and priests could "hear" the answers to their questions in the rustling of the leaves. As a reflection of ancient times in later Christian times, St. Mary (a Catholic substitute for many female spirits) was often associated with the Oak.
From what little we know of the Celts, we know that they would begin any ritual when oak leaves were present- it was the most holy of the trees to the Druids
So far my journey with theOak has brought me an awakening, a recognition and blossoming of those aspects of strength and grace - which I now love to share with you <3
The Wisdom of Oak
By follwing ancestral paths of connectiong with nature and it’s lviing beings we can move forward into a future where we can see the truth behind of what we are.
We meet the plants in our dream world, where they become our teaches - and our imagination reality
The Oak is the guiding spirit of this journey—a living presence that channels the wisdom of nature. It teaches us through its strength, structure, and resilience, embodying steady growth and deep, heartfelt warmth. Oak provides the foundation for our branches to stretch far, our roots to anchor deeply, and our core to grow unwaveringly strong.
Steeped in mystical stories, Oak has been revered across cultures and ages. It has built the strongest, most enduring structures and served as a symbol of wisdom and connection. From ancient tribal gatherings beneath its branches to its association with gods like Zeus and Thor, Oak represents strength, forgiveness, and timeless growth. In the sacred groves of the Druids, Oak stood as the heart of their temples—a living pillar of nature’s wisdom.
Though much has been forgotten, nothing is ever truly lost. The spirit of Oak remains, waiting for us to reconnect and step once more into its sacred realms.
Oak invites us to adopt broader perspectives and integrate opposites beyond judgement. Linear progress and cyclical patterns are not in conflict—they complement one another. Masculine, steady consistency coexists with feminine, rhythmic change, creating a harmonious balance. Together, these forces align, helping us navigate life with grace and strength.
The Heroes Journey
Life itself is a journey—one that begins with the soul’s descent to Earth and culminates in its return to the Universe. We begin as the Fool, carefree, lighthearted, and curious, stepping into the world with innocence and wonder. Along the way, challenges shape us, uncovering both our vulnerabilities and strengths.
The Hero’s Journey with Oak unfolds across 21 stages, offering a map to navigate inner and outer landscapes. Along this path, you’ll encounter elemental forces of Will, Emotion, Thought, and Matter—expressed through the Archetypes - the primordial forces of our mind. You’ll learn to transform weaknesses into strengths, transcending personal limits and stepping into universal truths.
A Journey to Free the Heart
The Heart is where spirit and matter unite, where love flows in abundance, and sustainable manifestations are created. Throughout The Oak Journey, you are invited to let your center of awareness become the heart. ❤️

The Hero’s Quest
Twice a month, over the span one year, we come together in a ceremonial setting—either virtually or in person—to open new doors of your inner journey. We immerse ourselves in the light of archetypal energies, exploring our reactions, learning to navigate ourselves, and building friendship and alliance with Oak along the way - and integrate them into our daily life.
12 Online Circles: Around mid-month, we connect virtually for ceremonial practices and shared insights.
10 In-Person Circles: On the 28th of each month, we meet in person (with an online option available) to share ceremonial cacao and go further into archetypal energies. We also will have deeper shamanic treatments such as vapor baths, drum journeys, and smoke baths
2 Special Events: To some stages of the journey we’ll invite others to hold space and to dance with us.
