Stephan & Eva Maria

With a deep curiosity and love for the wilds, we are passionate about connecting with the spirit of nature, especially through plants. In this connection, we experience a homecoming—returning to a sense of communion with the spirit within and all around us. Nature, particularly the plants, guides us back into this sacred relationship, a connection often disrupted by modern lifestyles and trauma. But nature can sing us back into remembrance.

Stephan & Eva Weidmann-Hansen

As therapists, intuitive herbalists, apprentice curanderos, musicians, and engineers, we weave together ancient and modern practices, drawing wisdom from the Nordic wilderness and the jungles of Central and South America. Our work builds bridges between divine mystery and everyday life, helping others live life as a sacred ceremony, while finding joy, wonder, and meaning in both personal and professional pursuits.

We explore how to embody an earth-based, sacred approach to life—celebrating both the sacred silence and the magnificent colors of existence.

Our work lies at the intersection of therapy, shamanism, and music, blending these disciplines to foster healing and transformation.

We are committed to nurturing conscious, respectful, and loving relationships between people and nature. Through nature, we guide others beyond the mind, into the flow of the present moment—opening hearts, healing bodies, and freeing consciousness.

We met under the glowing tree, Noya Rao, in the Peruvian jungle in early 2018, where we began our training with the Shipibo (Lopez-Mahua family lineage). Since then, we have returned every year to deepen our understanding of this profound healing tradition.

“Through our sessions, retreats, and ceremonies, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery. Bring your life questions—about purpose, meaning, or the universe. Together, we’ll reflect, feel, dream, and receive deep insights into yourself and your life.”

Eva Maria
Medicine Keeper

I live, love, and work alongside my partner, Stephan. Together, we’ve built our Tinyhouse, cultivated our garden, and established Mightytree.dk. My passion lies in guiding people to deepen their connection with nature, helping them listen to the wisdom, medicine, and song of plants, integrating & embodying this wisdom and joy into their lives.

As a Human Design Projector, my intuition is my guiding force. I support individuals in navigating their inner worlds with greater ease and clarity. Together with nature, I create sacred spaces for soft expansion, nurturing deep listening, connection, and trust, leading us back to a loving communion with the natural world.

My work revolves around deep listening—tuning into the whispers of spirit, plants, water, earth, the body, and the womb. Devotional practices with plants blend the magical with the mundane, allowing us to explore spiritual realms while remaining grounded in everyday life.

Initially trained as a design engineer and naturebased psycotherapist, I followed the call of the wild to the Amazon, where I study curanderismo under my Shipibo maestro. As an apprentice curandera, I weave together shamanic traditions, my Nordic roots, modern nature therapy, and ceremonial cacao practices.

As a musician, I focus on simplicity and rewilding, letting natural sound flow authentically. I teach others to free their inner song in a mindful, soulful, and playful way. You can hear my music on my album, The Air I Breathe.

Stephan
Shamanic Counselor

I grew up in a small village in southern Germany, surrounded by forests, rivers, and the family forge. Nature has always been a constant in my life, inspiring me to explore deeper connections between the natural world and human well-being.

After working as a mechanical engineer for many years, I began to follow a different path. I studied various healing practices, learning how to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit through methods like shamanic counseling, sweat lodges, meditation, and energy work. These experiences led me to Peru, where I began studying the master plants of the Amazon, deepening my understanding of holistic wellbeing.

Drawing on both modern therapeutic practices and ancient traditions, I provide a supportive environment where individuals can pause, reflect, and reconnect with their inner selves. My approach is focused on helping clients find clarity, balance, and peace in their lives, whether through shamanic work, coaching, or holding space for personal growth.

Professional Background:

  • Mechanical Engineering: Over 25 years of experience in toolmaking, product design, and project management.

  • Shamanic Counseling & Healing Practices: Core-Shamanism, Reiki, Theta Healing, and more.

  • Sweatlodge Keeper: Trained in the Gaya tradition, offering group and personal ceremonies.

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Certified in Psychological First Aid and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed.

  • Curandero Apprenticeship: Ongoing studies with master healers in Peru since 2018.

Whether you are looking for personal healing or seeking a path to inner growth, I offer a safe and nurturing space to support your journey.

Our Background

Through our study, connection, and plant diets (dieta) with plants from both Europe and the Amazon, we are reconnecting to the deep wisdom of the earth.

Just as Yggdrasil was a guide for Odin and the Bodhi tree for Buddha, plants like Birch, Pine, Bobinsana, Noya Rao, and Blue Lotus have become our teachers, offering profound lessons in healing and transformation.

“Ceremonies with Stephan and Eva are one of the greatest experiences ever! From the very beginning until after the ceremony, they make sure you feel prepared, safe and as much at home as you can, which is super important. Just the energy that both have and how they connect to each other is super powerful.”
