Mentorship for spaceholders, facilitators, therapists, energy workers, moms/dads - those who hold space for others - to hold a loving, conscious, nurturing, playful, transformative space for themselves.

Each session is a ceremony, an inward journey where we work with nature in collaboration:
Restorative practices
Surrender practices
Connection and channeling practices
Grounding & nurturing practices
Each session we invite a plant to support, nourish and guide the process. It could be Ceremonial Cacao, Calendula, Blue Lotus or Nettle.
The mentorship is a mix between 2 hour online sessions and 3 hour sessions in nature/in my house in Holbæk. We will have a session every 3-6 weeks, over a minimum of 6 months.
Each session is an opportunity to transform, bring awareness and love into every part of your life - be it the big steps or the small, soft choices in everyday life. Both are needed for true transformation.
We were never meant to do it alone!
We all need support - especially when we support others in our work. Just as we as therapists go to supervision and self-therapy, we offer a space for spaceholders to self-care and energetic/healing support with the healing forces of nature.

With medicine from the earth, water, plants, music, ceremony, imagination, creativity, love and pleasure, we create space for deep listening, connection and healing. A space where calm, peace, slowness, intuition and curiosity reign. We believe in the medicine of gentleness and walking the slow, loving path. Where we don't push or force the processes. Instead, we lean back in trust and are held. A transformational journey with nature, held by nature and deeply embodied and integrated in all facets of life.
We teach our clients to listen, understand and navigate their inner landscape and their path in life with love and awareness.
