Step with us into the open landscape of intuition, listening, sensuality, singing & ceremonial cacao. Whether you’ll experience a contraction or an expansion within yourself, we’ll meet it and put it into words, prayers and right actions in the sweatlodge the day after. An opportunity to listen inwards, be with what is, transform, let go and set new directions.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
There are many perspectives on the dance between masculine & feminine within us all. A harmonious dance can be seen as the continuous process of listening, receiving and being the gardener of new seeds. Bringing inspiration from the soul into aligned, right actions that are serving the highest.
Intuition ~ is listening & being. Opening up for the whispers of the soul and the deep inner knowing.
Right Action ~ is choosing & doing. Bringing the seeds of intuition into existence by recognizing their potential, choosing an aligned direction and taking the necessary steps with focus and discipline.
ABOUT US
Eva Maria is a master of opening up to the receptive state of yin, to the soft flow of water and feminine loving presence. Guided by the loving spirit of cacao Eva will lead us into the receptive, open landscape within. With sensuality as the gateway to our womb space/heart we’ll drive deeper into the power of our voices and what comes through each one of us together.
With knowing hands, loving heart and good connection to spirit, Stephan will lead us through the Sweatlodge. He loves to create in mind and matter - transform potential into action and thus to help spirit into existence. Empowerment of the soul in a fulfilled life is the infinite goal he has for everyone.
CACAO CEREMONY - SATURDAY
Sacred ceremony is a space, a transition between worlds, where we intentionally can step out of the everyday busy mindset and into an enchanted space. Stepping out of “fight or flight” and into an open, receptive state. It is an invitation to slow down and listen inwards. Let your senses and sensuality become the gateway deeper inside yourself and your connection to nature.
Together we will be in silence, be in prayer and in song. This is an invitation to dive deeper into the power of your voice and let the music guide you deeper into the dance of masculine and feminine within yourself. We invite you to step into the embrace of nature, into yourself as a sensual, connected, natural being.
Opening up to receive is medicine. Sometimes the masculine or feminine part within can seem foreign. Whether we open up to receive the energy of a sexual partner, the energy of a part of ourselves that seems alien to us or opening up for nature - it is all the same. Opening up to receive and dance with a “new” or “another” energy.
THE SWEATLODGE - SUNDAY
Together we will build up the sacred site, the sweatlodge and the fire. While a fire-man or -woman will take care of the fire and bring us red glowing stones into the lodge we go together into the darkness of mother earth. Throughout five rounds we will step into thankfulness, desires, releasing and acceptance - to bring us from sorrow and pain into prosperity and ease. The hot steam from the stones will help us to purify mind, body and soul - our emotions and perceptions.
The Sweatlodge is an interactive ceremony we all do together as a group. Stephan and Eva will guide you through every step, pour the water over the hot stones, initiate, support and end every round while you are invited to receive and give your words and voice as well.
There is nothing you have to do, no specific way you have to be or preform during the ceremony. Come as you are with all that you are.
Practicalities and price
Contribution
The price for the retreat is 2700kr. + 750 kr. For lodging & sweatlodge firewood
It is possible to pay in several rates.
Place
This ceremony will be at ‘Lykkebo’ close to Vig, Nordsjælland
(less than 25 min. drive from the ferry from Aarhus)
There will be possibility to sleep in your own tent or all together in the big ceremony room. We will be outside as much as possible during all parts of the program.

Start: 11.00 o’clock Saturday the 10th of September
Ends: 19.30 o’clock Sunday the 11th of September
