This is an introduction to the deep medicine of Blue Lotus & Ceremonial Cacao. It is our invitation that you afterwards continue the journey with these sacred plants in your daily life.
In the symphony of these two amazing plants, we will guide you through an evening of ceremony, of prayers, of music, of medicine and of introspection.
Blue Lotus is a master of transformation. A master of rebirth.
Cacao is a heart opening medicine deeply rooted in mother earth.
Together they support a gentle, true, loving and conscious journey inwards.
This is an opportunity for giving yourself a pause, a rest, a little oasis of medicine with whatever you need at that moment in the soft embrace of the spirit of Cacao & Blue Lotus, singing and the shamanic drum. A space where you can allow yourself to be present with exactly what is right for you at that moment. You are welcome to receive. You are welcome to participate.

This ceremony will be a 4 hour intuitive Blue Lotus/Cacao meditation and transmission where we allow the plants to facilitate the flow. It will be a mixture of meditation, sounds, singing, shamanic drumming, shamanic treatments, relaxation, prayer and more.
Together we will share a potluck lunch/dinner (sammenskudsgilde) and invite you to see this meal as part of the medicine as well.
There are no prerequisites & nothing you have to do, no specific way you have to be or preform during the ceremony. Come as you are with all that you are.

Flower of Peace: Blue Lotus
The blue lotus holds a sacred place in the hearts of ancient civilizations, revered for its profound spiritual significance and magic. It is associated with higher levels of consciousness, peace, presence, rebirth, death, magic, and much mystery. In Egypt, it is deeply connected to stories of creation, the sun, death, and rebirth. It has been used for centuries in medicine, magic, rituals, celebrations, and more. When visiting the ancient temples on Egypt you will find Blue Lotus depicted on most, if not all, temples and tombs throughout the land.
The physical manifestation of plants often provides insight into their spirit and medicine. The Blue Lotus, also known as the Sacred Blue Water Lily of the Nile (it is not in the family of Lotus but rather Waterlily), grows wild in ponds and bodies of water, originally including the Nile. It thrives only in clean water, emerging from the deep, dark mud, passing through the water, and blossoming in the light for only three days each year. During these three days, it opens to the sun, closing its petals each night to submerge once more, reborn with the sunrise.
Much mystery surrounds the Blue Lotus, and it seems that many stories about its use in ancient Egypt are based on assumptions from archaeologists rather than spiritual masters or medicine practitioners who have worked directly with the plant, until recently. It appears that the Blue Lotus is once again emerging, beckoning people to connect with it, engage in plant Dietas with it, and work with it. We have answered this call and invite you to join us in our prayers to, with, and through the Blue Lotus.
The Blue Lotus is considered a master plant, a sacred and wise teacher of rebirth, consciousness, peace, presence, flow, spirituality, and ancient initiations, among other attributes.

Consistency over time with plant medicine

The energy of cacao is like a mother - so grounded, so loving, so deeply nourishing and connected to the earth. It is a wise, ancient and powerful plant medicine.
Cacao has been used as a sacred plant medicine in rituals, ceremonies and rites of passage for many thousands of years in south and central America. It is an amazing and profoundly healing plant medicine - both gentle, powerful and enjoyable!
Ceremonial cacao is quite different than the hot cocoa you might remember from your childhood.
Our Ceremonial Cacao comes from non-hybridized, non-plantation under-story trees in the ancient tropical rain forest of Guatemala. It goes through minimum processing thus retain the active compounds and nutrients.
It is a natural aphrodisiac, elevates the mood & energy.
