A prayer, old as a thousand of generations is spoken in the dark. A prayer to Mother Earth and Father Sky, to the ancestors and to everything what is, if standing, crawling, walking, flying - growing or dying. A prayer to bring us back, deep in the womb of mother earth to be purified and reborn. A prayer for all of us and our relations to be healed and to be in harmony with the cycles of life, with god and goddess nature and their beings in between.

It is not easy for me, sitting in the dark and cramped place - together with 20 other men, the shaman and his helpers on the other side. I feel like being in hell: drums are roaring, words are spoken, hot steam is evaporating and the exit seems blocked. I am sure I will die here at one point. Now it is my time to speak, but mind is empty and no words are coming through my blocked throat - I feel pressured, mostly because my father, who invited me here - to whom I just started to a have a relationship again after 10 years of silence and anger, is sitting next to me.

Finally I made it! I found a door into myself. Aho! I have spoken

A big blockade, a wall in front of my heart has been teared down in this ceremony and from there on the relationship to my father started healing. For the first time in my live I felt seen as a man by men, for the first time I’ve spoken my truth and heard the echo in the others.

From there on, the heat became my ally, the fire started growing in me and the sacredness of the feminine became conscious. A long journey of 15 years through many layers of existence, healing traumas, learning and teachings from and at the fire, the plants and humans I am back in the Sweatlodge - now to pour the water over the grandfather stones.

I found a prayer for the world, a mission to empower people.

Let us sweat together, be witness of truth and transformation and pray together for the greater! So we can be brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers, sons and daughters in the presence of our ancestors again, becoming the children of Earth and Sky and to be in loving presence with all that is.
